Comparison of MSIC Providers
Australian Maritime Services Identification Cards must be worn by all people entering a Maritime Services restricted zone in Australia. I have put together a quick comparison of vendors of the MSIC cards.
While an MSIC gives you the license to enter a port, the port operator has final say as to whom is allowed to enter. Truck drivers and others entering through automated gates of Patrick, AAT and DP World may still be required to obtain an Access Only card in addition to an MSIC. Bottom line is that the cheapest MSIC/Access combination to enter AAT, DP World and Patrick is to use the 1-Stop combined MSIC/Access card.
Here is a comparison of costs to get you into the port from the various vendors. Please note that as prices may change you may need to check the vendors web sites for the latest prices.
